Celebrates Grand Opening
in Morganville
Dec. 1, 2011, Marlboro Twp. NJ. Keller Williams Realty West Monmouth, one of the foremost realty firms in Monmouth County, celebrated the grand opening of its new offices at 50B Route 9 in Morganville. Marlboro Township Council President Randi Marder, Deputy Mayor Larry Rosen, Councilwoman Carol Mazzola and members of the Economic Development Committee attended the ribbon cutting ceremonies. Company principals Richard and Adele DeMoro were also presented with a special proclamation from Marlboro Township.
Due to explosive agent growth over the past year, the company recently relocated to its new 10,000 square foot office suite in the Grosso Building on Route 9 to provide a state-of-the-art work environment for its more than 200 active real estate agents. The new facility offers a large, welcoming reception area, two conference rooms, 20 private offices, a number of semi-private offices, a large and fully-equipped kitchen and a classroom where daily classes are held to keep agents up-to-date on hot real estate topics and housing trends.
